My experience of Lorraine is one worth sharing! As a coach myself, I know the importance of a strong support team and I am honored she is part of mine. She is an exceptional coach who has truly made a positive impact on my life. Lorraine possesses a unique combination of two essential qualities: the ability to actively listen and the ability to empower.
From our very first encounter, I was struck by how deeply I felt heard and understood. I immediately felt comfortable opening up to her. She asked thoughtful questions and gave me the space to explore my thoughts and feelings. I never felt rushed or judged during our conversations, and that created a safe space for me to share from the deepest parts of me.
What I feel really sets Lorraine apart is her ability to empower. She encourages me to take ownership of my thoughts, actions, and beliefs and reminds me I am the author of the stories I am writing in my life. I truly feel she is a lighthouse for those of us who may have temporarily lost sight of our compass. She consistently believes in me and my ability to find my balance again, even in moments I'm doubting myself.
Throughout our time together Lorraine consistently challenged me to push past my comfort zone and grow in ways I never thought possible. She has always been ready to offer guidance and support whenever I needed it, and celebrate my successes with me along the way.
I feel truly heard, seen, supported, loved and empowered as a result of my time with Lorraine, not only in our sessions, but carried out into my LIFE . . . . I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone who is looking for someone to be a part of their supoort team. She is truly one of a kind!
